This is a completed action toy designed for collectors.

Sneaky Terradive has mastered the art of diving toward his prey with the sun behind him, blinding them and leaving them even more vulnerable to attack. He can be displayed in his robot mode or as a jet fighter, which features weapon storage. The packaging is in English, with a sticker applied to the bottom to sell the item in Japan. Quantities are limited–order now!
