This is a completed action toy designed for collectors.

Leader of her own strike team in hunting down remnant Decepticons, Autobot warrior Arcee teams up with Ironhide in the “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” film in battling the Decepticon army. This fun Deluxe Class toy of Arcee can switch between her motorcycle mode and robot mode. Features an extendable blade on the right arm and moving gears on the left arm when in robot mode. Sidecar becomes a snap-on blaster or figure stand. This item is produced by Hasbro and has Takara Tomy inserts (Japanese text) on the bottom of the blister, plus a “Transformers: Revenge” sticker on the backing card, to sell it in Japan.
