The next mecha to join Max Factory’s “minimum factory” series of fixed-pose plastic model vignettes is Eiji’s Layzner and Le Cain’s Zakaal from the 1985 anime “Blue Comet SPT Layzner”! Two models are included, made with colored plastic based on each SPT’s color. The models can be assembled to create the Layzner’s memorable “V-MAX” pose and a dynamic pose for the Zakaal, originally modeled by sculptor Hitoshi Hayami. The detailed modeling and posing of each model can be enjoyed with a simple assembly; of course, the material used is the same as that used for typical plastic models, so they can be painted and weathered if you prefer.
