This is a fixed-pose model of a science-fiction/anime item.

What a warehouse find! In addition to being a sleekly-designed model suitable for display, this replica of General Grievous’ spacecraft is loaded with play value, too! The cockpit canopy can be removed so a figure can be placed inside (figure not included); two spring-loaded cannons on the ship’s sides fire projectiles (be sure to keep projectiles away from eyes, little brothers, Mom’s expensive vase, and the cat). The landing gear is retractable, too! This was produced by Hasbro in 2007 and has a Tomy Direct sticker on the bottom of the box to sell the item in Japan. Limited quantities–move fast!
