The underwater version of Hedorah, which could be said to be Hedorah’s original form, is returning to CCP Co. Ltd.’s “AMC” soft-vinyl figure lineup for the first time in more than ten years! As seen at the beginning of 1971’s “Godzilla vs. Hedorah,” Hedorah is seen attacking ships such as tankers, and this underwater Hedorah is now available in “Nightmare” color! It features a slightly undulating pose, as if it were swimming; the detailed surface of its body and the shape of the tail are characterized by numerous folds that push the limits of what can be reproduced in soft vinyl. The “Nightmare” color matches the eerie atmosphere of the dark sea! The large eyes are painted with gradients that look as if they’re glowing.
