This new Arcadia gets the full Hachette treatment as a die-cast model filled with unprecedented gimmicks! Each volume contains additional parts to add to your model, as well as illustrated instructions. This model was designed and developed by Tsuyoshi Nonaka, known to fans worldwide for his work on planning, designing, manufacturing, distribution, packaging and publicizing character toys for adults. He currently works as a freelance toy designer, and has created a completely new and detailed model for this project.

The Arcadia’s unprecedented size and fine level of detail creates an overwhelming presence, and most of the sound, light and action gimmicks can be controlled with a dedicated controller.

The magazine included with each volume introduces the appeal of the Arcadian in a multifaceted manner with a variety of chapters. In addition to the three theatrical versions “Galaxy Express 999,” “Farewell Galaxy Express 999,” and “Galaxy Express 999: Eternal Fantasy,” the text also touches on two TV series: “Space Pirate Captain Harlock” and “Galaxy Express 999.” Using scene cuts and high-definition visuals with new color work, the mecha, characters, story and more of each will be explained.
