This is a fixed-pose, resin-cast kit of a science-fiction/anime item.

Beautiful, tiny little 1/144 scale resin-cast kit of the Gamiras fighter, from Yamato. A total of 13 parts, exquisitely detailed, down to the teeny tiny pilot in the cockpit… who gets covered up when you finish the kit since there aren’t any clear parts (the master modellers among you might want to remedy that!). No base is included. Please note: This is a resin-cast “garage kit” and by definition the parts will need some cleanup–removal of mold lines and flash (excess resin), filling of pinholes and gaps between parts that fit imperfectly, et cetera–before painting and assembly. This is normal, and these sorts of imperfections are not considered manufacturing defects.
